By accessing or using WanderAI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Nature of the service

WanderAI provides computer-generated travel suggestions for planning purposes. It is not a travel agency, tour operator, or insurer. We do not book flights, hotels, or activities, and we do not guarantee availability, prices, safety, or accuracy of any suggestion.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction).

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempting to breach security, no excessive automated access that harms availability, and no uploading malicious content.

Intellectual property

The software, branding, and site design are owned by the project authors or licensors. You retain rights to content you submit; you grant us a licence to host and process it solely to operate the service.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AI output may be incorrect, outdated, or inappropriate for your situation. Always verify critical details (visas, health, safety, bookings) independently.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WanderAI and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from use of the service or reliance on generated itineraries.

Changes and termination

We may modify these Terms or the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Governing law

Unless otherwise required by your institution or jurisdiction, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the project maintainer’s location, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
